Today, Mrs Stef an Mr Greg came for lunch after the morning service. They are going to have a baby soon and I will have a new little friend!
In the afternoon I played with Dad on the rug after once again demonstrating abdominal strength that would make a pilates instructor cry. I have no words, roll-overs, sitting up ability or academic papers to my name, but I DO have these fabulous ab crunches :-)
