Hello new home!

Hurrah! We have now moved into our new home. It was a peaceful, even enjoyable, moving day. I slept really well and enjoyed my waketimes looking at my new little world. Everything was pulled out of boxes on Saturday but there's still a lot of putting away to do. Mum is plodding along with that while I get myself used to a completely new environment. I'm really puzzling my parents at the moment by alternately refusing the bottle and the breast. Somtimes both at once! Also, I've developed an ear-peircing shriek (yes, shriek is the only work for it) whenever I am in protest. Some examples are, when Dada stops making a funny noise that I've been hysterically giggling at.... when I've had enough time on my tummy.... when I've had enough time on my back... when I want some attention... when I want to be picked up... when I want to be put down... when I need to go to bed... when Mum turns off Baby Einstein. In fact, the only time I don't shriek is when I'm hungry; at that point I just suck my hand. It would seem I am in protest an awful lot and unfortunately for my folks they often have their ear in the way of my shrieking little mouth!!
