Today, Mum and Mrs Hien went to the indoor market about 10 minutes from our house.
The taxi driver was Catholic -- the first taxi Mum has seen that had a Mary figurine above the steering wheel and a swinging Jesus tag from the rear view mirror. Mrs Hien and Mum enjoyed chatting with the nice man, who also had a bobbing-headed dog on the dash -- I bet I would have liked that one the best!
Ms Lanh stayed home to look after me for a couple of hours today. Mum and Ms Lanh and Mrs Hien have been having lunch together a bit lately, and Mum REALLY likes the food Mrs Hien prepares. All local dishes. I get to taste it in my breastmilk!
